Utter Inn - Exclusive Underwater Hotel in Sweden

You have seen so many exclusive luxury hotels throughout the world. But have you ever seen a hotel where you stay in an underwater aquarium? No kidding, it's a real hotel in Sweden named Utter Inn. It is a floating hotel and the bedroom is 10 feet beneath the water surface.


Utter Inn is lies on the Lake Malaren in Vasteras, Sweden. It is the brainchild of a local artist and sculptor Mikael Genberg. He has chosen to focus on making art for the public and the Utter Inn is one of these arts. It is really a unique hotel not only in Sweden both also on the whole planet.


The underwater hotel Utter Inn looks like a typical Swedish red house floating on the surface of the lake water. And the accommodation for the guests lie under this red house. You need to enter the underwater hotel through this red house. Another interesting thing about this unique hotel is that it is a single room hotel. This room has only twin beds and a table.

The hotel room has windows on every wall and it offers a different kind of view than you normally get in a hotel. Guests of Utter Inn can swim, sunbathe or watch the fish both from upstairs and downstairs at the hotel. It's a remarkable feeling to go to bed while the fish surround and watch you carefully. 

The Emirates Palace - Seven-star Hotel in Abu Dhabi

The Emirates Palace is one of the most beautiful palace hotels in the world. It is Abu Dhabi's iconic landmark showcasing Arabian culture and hospitality at its finest. The Emirates Palace is the second seven-star hotel in the world, next to Burj Al Arab in Dubai. It is the most expensive hotel ever built.



The Emirates Palace was built in 2005 with a cost of about 4 billion US dollar. It is the second most expensive hotel ever built, only surpassed by Marina Bay Sands in Singapore. The Emirates Palace is set in 1,000 hectares of beautifully decorated landscape. It is located on 1.3 km of private beach and surrounded by 85 hectares of gardens.



This luxury hotel is operated by the Kempinski Hotel Group and is owned by the government of Abu Dhabi. The external architecture boasts 114 impressive domes that are 80 meters high. The Emirates Palace has 302 grand rooms and 92 suites.

Club Wheels - An Exclusive Restaurant in Dhaka

Don't be surprised if you see someone eating food in a garage on an open roof car. You've just entered into Club Wheels. It is an exclusive Italian restaurant located in Banani, Dhaka. This unusual restaurant has been opened on 26th March this year.


There are so many restaurants in the city of Dhaka. But Club Wheels claim that if you want to take authentic Italian food taste, you'll have to come into this restaurant. According to Club Wheels:
"We believe that fresh ingredients and produce simply taste better. Each of our signature dining establishments features a menu with innovative and classic cuisine designed to ensure a remarkable experience. No matter your selection, our restaurants are certain to please."
Even though most of the materials are collected from local market, many of the herbs are imported directly from Italy and other countries. The chief chef of Club Wheels has been trained from Australia and he has a vast experience in quality food preparation.


The interior of the restaurant is designed keeping different car related themes in mind. The first two floors of the three storied restaurant serves as lounge. Fine dining or heavy food is served on the third floor. 


They are the only seller of the world famous Baristo Coffee in Bangladesh. Though they serve mainly Italian foods, some local foods are also available in the restaurant. And the price is comparatively cheaper than other restaurants in Dhaka, according to the management of the restaurant.

The Crescent Moon Tower in Dubai

Dubai is one of those cities that are home to some of the most amazing skyscrapers. It had been constructing a number of iconic towers throughout the city. These extraordinary buildings have made Dubai an interesting place in the Middle East. It has become one of the most attractive tourist destinations in the region.


The number of extraordinary buildings in Dubai are increasing every year. And, most probably, the city is going to present another exclusive structure within a few years. This crazy structure is supposed to be a crescent shaped tower - The Crescent Moon Tower.

America based design company Transparent House has presented this exclusive design for the structure. The Crescent Moon Tower is supposed to be erected in Za'abeel Park in Dubai. This Tall Emblem Structure will be a unique structure in the world.


According to the design company, this unique structure will identify Dubai as belonging to the Islamic world and will also be a manifestation of the modern level of technical and economic development of Dubai. It will signify the new face of the city and promote its tourism, recreational, scientific and cultural activities.

The Crescent Moon Tower is proposed to boasts 33-storey down-turned half moon on the banks of the Caspian Sea. It will accommodate a children’s library, a conference facility, a restaurant, multiple cafes, and an open-air observation platform. Everything is intended to make the building a multipurpose destination, popular among the locals and tourists alike.


Crescent Moon tower in Dubai is only a proposal. However, keeping Dubai's madness towards iconic buildings one can expect to see the building in reality in the coming years. If it is erected in real, this amazig tower will bring Dubai to a new phase, that's for sure.

Flame Towers - An Icon For Baku's Coastal Skyline

Flame Towers is an iconic complex in Baku, Azerbaijan. It is a combination of three residential buildings with a roof height of 190 meters. Designed by world famous architecture giant HOK, Flame Towers is supposed to become an icon for Baku's coastal skyline.



The construction of Flame Towers began in 2007 with an estimated cost of US$350 million. When completed in 2012, the astonishing structure has become one of the tallest buildings in Baku. The towers' shape was inspired by the city's history of Zoroastrian fire worship and its ongoing connection with natural gas.



The Illumination of Flame Towers is regarded as the best in the world. The Flame Towers are completely covered with the LED screens that display the movement of a fire visible from the farthest points of the city. This illumination creates the effect of giants torches emphasizing the main idea of Flame Towers incorporated in their name.
